Located in Macheng City, Hubei Province, Jiajin was established in 2010 with advanced management and equipments. It covers an area of more than 60,000 square meters. There are 60,000 spindles in the factory and the annual output achieves more than 7200 tons. There are over 500 staffs in the factory, 120 of them are senior professional technicians. Armed with advanced technology and efficient management, the production lines in our factory are of international standards, with progressive monitoring facilities and advanced testing methods. There are advanced equipments from in and abroad, e.g.: Automatic winder of Savio Polar from Italy, Blowing-carding Unit Crosrol from UK, BEST spinning machines in domestic, etc.
The products series in Jiajin are 100% spun polyester yarn 20s/2, 20s/3, 20s/4, 20s/6, 22s/2, 30s/2, 30s/3, 40s/2, 40s/3, 42s/2, 45s/2, 50s/2, 50s/3, 60s/2, 60s/3 and so on; Other special counts can also be customized as per customer’s requirement. Both raw white and colored dyed yarn can be produced in our factory, different colors of sewing thread can also be supplied according to customer’s demand.
